These two are the things which makes a man do almost anything in his lifetime. I was surprised to find one my close associate involved in a money game. Man does crazy things to obtain these. But don't U think that human life is too precious to waste it on these materialistic goals?? In contrary each day the man seems to get more and more involved in this dirty game of sex and money.

Well...... I do not phrase them "dirty".....but they do are being given more importance/value/significance than they really are...
if you can think that having sex is not just satisfying your physical desire.... and money will not play a vital role in your life then you can be happiest person on earth
I would rather term them as Love n Fame that man tries to achieve. I think human life is bound on these two. In order to achieve love and fame he looks out for a shortcut which tends to make him dirty as you said.
Whatever it is , I believe according to my knowledge of mythology even GOD has achieved these and some like Krishna played a few tricks here and there. So did Rama (by killing Vali from behind a tree) he befirended Hanuma and his army.
